FUGI APPLE BASKET CAKE

This cake was made for a "Cake Walk" at my son's school.

It was an Apple Spice Cake w/Maple Buttercream. The basket was

made of fondant (I used a "wood grain technique") to achieve the wood look.

The apples were made of Rice Krispie Treats & covered w/fondant.

The BACON - ALGEBRA CAKE

A friend of mine needed a "special" birthday cake for two of his friends. The theme was "BACON & ALGEBRA"!! So this is by far the strangest birthday cake request I have gotten, but this is the end result!!!! The cake is Vanilla with Chocolate Buttercream inside and out. The bacon was made using fondant. Enjoy~
